Talent Acquisition Specialist

PIP Global Safety is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be the primary point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships with hiring managers and understanding recruitment needs. The role involves full-cycle recruiting for various organizational roles, ensuring effective communication and strategic hiring insights.

Responsibilities

Support both exempt- and non-exempt level recruitment for positions based in the US and Canada. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR Partners to recruit talent for a variety of professional roles
Deploy talent sourcing tools and maintain applicant tracking in addition to providing transparent recruiting metrics to the business
Maintaining consistency with managing the hiring process, providing outstanding candidate care during the recruitment cycle and following through with candidates and hiring managers will be part of your daily routine
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, understanding their business goals and hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Partners and Director, HR Operations to develop tailored recruitment strategies and provide market insights
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (including but not limited to screening, interviewing, and offering to and with candidates), ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on talent acquisition trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and timely delivery of recruitment solutions
Provide regular weekly updates and reports to clients regarding recruitment progress and market conditions
Work with the recruiting and HR Operations team to develop and streamline processes to enhance the candidate and recruiter experience

Required

Proven experience in a client-facing recruitment role, preferably within an agency or consultancy environment
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field
