This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing low-code online forms and workflows to automate business processes, enhance organizational efficiency, and achieve institutional objectives.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with various departments to automate existing business processes with the goals of improving efficiency, facilitating standardization, and improving user experience
Create intuitive and efficient web forms that are user friendly while ensuring data hygiene standards that honor business process requirements
Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to reduce manual data entry and streamline operations
Work with Software Solutions team to ensure seamless data exchange between core platforms like CRM, ERP, and Document Management Systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical challenges relevant to business process automation solutions and provide ongoing support to internal users
Develop training materials and lead sessions for new and existing users to educate them on existing business process automations and how to use them effectively
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of experience in IT operations with familiarity regarding software development, process mapping, or low-code automation development
Fosters an inclusive team environment and works well with cross-functional teams
Takes initiative to identify problems and discover ways to solve them with minimal supervision
Exhibits a natural leadership ability to organize members toward achieving organizational goals
Capable of triaging issues with a focus on identifying and prioritizing high-impact solutions
Prolonged periods of sitting. Must be able to lift 5-15 pounds at a time. Office building requires daily use of stairs. This position may require evening and weekend activities for certain events and meetings and periodic long hours depending upon business cycle and priorities
