Responsibilities
Help develop a board strategy for iHealth, including a board development plan, recruitment strategies, and drafting a board charter
Establish a strong, functional board that will help guide our work, broaden our professional skills by bringing in new talent and ideas, and establish a sustainable funding source through board contributions
Qualification
Required
Experience in nonprofit governance, board development, or strategic planning
Familiarity with board recruitment, charters, and bylaws
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to provide guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
Comfortable collaborating remotely and attending scheduled check-ins
Applicants must have the required skills and commit 4+ hours/week
Preferred
Prior experience helping build or strengthen nonprofit boards
