Responsibilities
Manage service calls, diagnostics, and repairs for Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls
Handle urgent service needs and support larger projects alongside project managers
Work with platforms like Tridium Niagara, ABB, Distech, Honeywell, and Johnson FX
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
2+ years experience with DDC/BAS system diagnosis, programming, and repair
Strong familiarity with ladder-logic style programming (DDC, PLC, etc.)
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Cylon (ABB), Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
Tridium Niagara and N4 certification is a strong plus
