Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruitment exclusively focused on YouTube-based on-camera talent

Proactively source talent directly from the YouTube ecosystem, including creators, creator networks, agencies, referrals, and platform-native communities

Identify creators with proven YouTube experience, including channel growth, audience engagement, on-camera performance, and format consistency

Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to understand content needs

Evaluate talent based on YouTube-specific success indicators, including audience connection, retention, performance style, and scalability

Build and maintain a YouTube-first talent pipeline to support both current staffing needs and future channel launches

Conduct outreach, screenings, and interviews with on-camera talent

Coordinate auditions and video trials tailored to YouTube formats

Support offers, contracts, and onboarding

Stay current on YouTube trends and emerging talent

Champion Sky Castle Toys as a destination brand for creators

Required

Experience recruiting digital, creator, or on-camera talent

Strong network of YouTube creators, influencers, or talent managers

Deep understanding of the YouTube platform and creator culture

Ability to manage multiple talent searches

Preferred

Background in creator management, influencer marketing, casting, or digital media recruiting

Experience working with kid- or family-friendly content brands

Familiarity with talent contracts, usage rights, and creator partnerships

Passion for toys, entertainment, and storytelling for young audiences
