Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist

REIC Rentals is a North American rental partner supporting industrial and construction customers with full-service temporary climate control solutions. The Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist will own the marketing data foundation, ensuring data quality, lead management, and performance tracking to support sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Own contact and account data quality across Salesforce and connected marketing tools
Build and maintain segmentation lists, enrichment workflows, and de-duplication rules
Establish and enforce standards for naming conventions, required fields, territories, and campaign structure
Create a reliable "single source of truth" for marketing lists and campaign reporting
Monitor inbound leads from web forms, chat, call tracking, and visitor identification tools
Score and route leads to the right territory or rep within 24 hours
Audit routing rules regularly and fix breakdowns before they impact sales follow-up
Track speed-to-lead and conversion trends, then recommend improvements
Pull and normalize industrial and construction project data, then tag by sector, geography, territory, and stage
Publish weekly opportunity digests that help reps prioritize the right projects and accounts
Support targeted account lists for priority segments and regions, including recurring refreshes and cleanup
Build segmented email sends, nurture flows, landing pages, and A/B tests (in partnership with internal stakeholders and agency support)
QA tracking: UTMs, forms, pixels, conversion events, and campaign IDs
Monitor deliverability, list health, and engagement trends; make recommendations based on data
Connect web, email, and pipeline activity so marketing contribution is measurable and defensible
Own dashboards for marketing and sales leaders (marketing-sourced, marketing-influenced, and conversion by channel/territory)
Deliver a monthly "marketing contribution to revenue" report by the 5th business day
Document SOPs for lead flow, data hygiene, campaign execution, and reporting
Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Train internal users on the basics of data standards and campaign tracking

Required

3 to 6 years in B2B marketing operations, revenue operations, or marketing analytics
Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) plus marketing automation familiarity
Advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort with dashboards and reporting
Working knowledge of web analytics and tracking (UTMs, conversion events, GA concepts)
Ability to translate messy data into clear actions for sales and leadership
Comfortable making light HTML/CSS edits for emails or landing pages

Preferred

Experience in equipment rental, industrial services, construction, energy, or similar B2B environments
Familiarity with construction or industrial project intelligence databases/tools
Experience with lead scoring models, visitor intent tools, and call tracking
Knowledge of email privacy and compliance requirements in the US and Canada (CAN-SPAM, CASL)
