Responsibilities
Supporting the continued expansion of the Acts Center for Applied Research (ACAR) programs and services through its research efforts
Responsible for the management, growth, and financial viability of ACAR
Developing and maintaining research partnerships
Providing strategic planning and oversight
Managing research projects
Serving as liaison to principal investigators for on-site projects
Preparing research findings for internal and external dissemination
Supporting other Acts departments, including Sales & Marketing, Operations, Strategy & Business Development, and Resident Health Services by conducting resident, prospect, and team member surveys, facilitating focus groups, performing site analyses, and providing additional research and data analysis, as needed
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in research, statistics, marketing, health services, or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience planning, coordinating, and conducting applied or health services research, with multiple years of experience in the senior living field
Knowledge of applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to healthcare research
Ability to accommodate frequent airline travel and overnight stays
