Required

Create a clean, calm environment for clients
Sell the wellness program to non-members
Maximize bookings
Keep the studios clean and tidy
Educate clients on Services, Service Enhancements, and Wellness Program
Book clients for their appointments
Follow up with clients after their sessions or to book pre-paid sessions
Perform administrative duties
Be available weekends/evenings
Be comfortable on the phones (making and receiving calls)
Be generally positive and smiley with all clients
Be teachable
Preferred
Some sales experience, especially in the wellness or fitness field
