Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines and GitHub Actions to streamline software delivery processes

Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications and services using Docker and Kubernetes

Optimize the performance and reliability of Linux-based systems and web servers, particularly Nginx

Monitor system health and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and availability

Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments

Enforce security best practices across infrastructure, application deployments, and environments

Research, evaluate, and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance infrastructure and deployment efficiency

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices

Required

Deep experience with DevOps tooling and practices, including: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Infrastructure as Code (IaC), version control (Git), and deployment automation

Server management and scripting (Linux, Bash, etc.)

Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js — comfortable reading, understanding, and occasionally contributing to backend and frontend code

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and Laravel ORM best practices

Experience integrating and configuring DevOps tools into agile development environments

Strong communication and collaboration skills
