Nesco Resource is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their dynamic Quality team focused on ensuring compliance with aerospace standards. The role involves leading corrective and preventive action projects, managing audits, and collaborating with customers and suppliers to uphold world-class quality.

Responsibilities

Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions

Compile and present overhaul scorecards and quality metrics to senior leadership

Partner with Site Quality Leader; lead QAE and Inspection groups when needed

Implement and revise technical quality assurance protocols

Ensure compliance with *** standards, government regulations, and customer requirements

Conduct internal audits and support external audits for ISO9001, AS9100, AS13000

Lead multi-disciplinary RCCA initiatives using 8D/CAPA methodologies

Review and interpret Repair & Overhaul manuals, engineering drawings, and GD&T

Create and modify SAP inspection plans

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field

2+ years in Repair & Overhaul / OEM Manufacturing

2+ years auditing experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 D

1+ year experience with ERP/SAP systems

1+ year experience with RCCA/CAPA/8D methodologies

Must be a U.S. person due to contractual requirements

Preferred

Aerospace Quality Engineering experience

Familiarity with Tableau, SAP analytics, and trend analysis

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, formulas)

Experience with Net-Inspect, Teamcenter, HASP, SPOC

Lean Six Sigma certification

Strong communication and leadership skills
