General office support to include: ordering of supplies, coordination & administrative support of meetings with site visitors including access control system management
Some data entry to corporate systems for Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Sustainability and ESG Data
Support for new hire onboarding plus other support jobs as assigned by the Site Manager
Qualification
Required
2-3 years in a similar role
Experience providing Administrative Support
Demonstrated effective experience building a variety of professional relationships and working collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Adept at planning and multi-tasking
High School/GED
Applied organizational skills
Basic Computer/MS Office products
