This role involves providing leadership and support for budgeting, audits, financial analysis, and internal controls, making it critical to operational success and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Oversee month-end close and ensure timely, accurate venue-level financial transactions
Prepare and review financial statements, pro forma reports, and dashboards in compliance with GAAP
Monitor cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate working capital for assigned venues
Lead financial reviews with senior leadership and analyze variances
Track KPIs and maintain oversight of financial processes for all venues
Review venue systems and internal controls; recommend improvements
Support venue leadership, including hiring, training, and mentoring Finance Managers
Develop, implement, and review SOPs and policies for venue accounting operations
Perform high-level financial analysis and occasionally support staff accounting functions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Proven supervisory experience managing accounting staff
Experience with multi-location operations, audits, consolidations, and full-cycle close processes
Proficient in accounting and financial management systems; advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and presenting financial results
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high attention to detail

Preferred

CPA or CPA track preferred
Master's a plus
3+ years of public accounting experience (Big Four or similar a plus)
