Business Development Representative

CyberCoders is a fast-growing Disaster Restoration services provider that helps residential and commercial property owners recover after damage from water, fire, mold and storm-related events. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the commercial client base within the region by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing market share
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth in the disaster restoration sector
Track and report on sales metrics and provide feedback to improve processes

Required

Must have prior sales experience within the Disaster Restoration industry to be considered for this role
Proven experience in business development and account management
Strong prospecting skills with a track record of successful client acquisition
Experience in the disaster restoration industry is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

Possessing a book of business is highly desirable
