Talent Acquisition & Culture Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition & Culture Coordinator will play a crucial role in the HR Department by managing recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning
Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements
Lead recruitment efforts for high-impact, hard-to-fill, and leadership positions
Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions, compensation alignment, and market trends
Manage end-to-end recruiting process: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination
Conduct advanced behavioral and competency-based interviews
Ensure a consistent, compliant, and high-quality candidate experience
Oversee offer negotiations in alignment with compensation frameworks
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and industry partnerships
Strengthen employer brand through job postings, social media, career fairs, trade schools, and community outreach
Implement and manage employee referral programs and track effectiveness
Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Maintain accurate documentation and applicant tracking system (ATS) records
Develop and update recruiting SOPs, interview guides, and hiring manager training materials
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, retention)
Prepare regular reports for leadership with insights and recommendations
Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in talent acquisition

Required

Minimum of 5 Years of Recruiting Experience
Minimum of 5 Years of experience working in an ATS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
