Accounting
Responsibilities
Full ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain and review accurate balance sheets and understand how transactions flow through financial statements
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Participate in month-end close and review processes
Identify issues, ask questions, and proactively improve accuracy
Over time, help train, review, and support other bookkeepers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with full-cycle / full ledger bookkeeping
Strong balance sheet knowledge
QuickBooks Online experience required
Accounting degree (completed or currently in progress)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to think critically and take ownership of work
Preferred
Experience working with multiple clients
Prior lead, review, or training experience
Bookkeeping or accounting certification
