ANALYST II

Responsibilities
Assisting with the difficult and complex Human Resources functions for the Division of Maintenance
Serving as the liaison between HQ-OHR, DO-HR, Regional HR liaison, and the division
Working with internal stakeholders to prepare Request for Personnel Action (PARF) documents for submittal to Budgets and the Division of Human Resources (DHR)
Supporting the Maintenance Regional Offices and MTCE Management with less complex personnel matters
Partnering with the district's DHR Office on onboarding and other personnel matters
Qualification
Required
Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
The position(s) require(s) a valid and unrestricted Class C driver's license
Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
Preferred
Knowledge of: Principles, practices, and trends of public and business administration, management, and supportive staff services such as budgeting, personnel, and management analysis; governmental functions and organization; and methods and techniques of effective conference leadership
Ability to reason logically and creatively and utilize a variety of analytical techniques to resolve complex governmental and managerial problems; develop and evaluate alternatives; analyze data and present ideas and information effectively both orally and in writing; consult with and advise administrators or other interested parties on a wide variety of subject-matter areas; gain and maintain the confidence and cooperation of those contacted during the course of work; coordinate the work of others, act as a team or conference leader
