Collaborating with the team during sprint activities
Participating in planning and refinement conversations
Reviewing bug submissions from Support
Creating or updating QA test plans
Logging and tracking testing results
Verifying fixes
Communicating resolutions
Ensuring regression testing meets established QA quality standards
Building strong domain knowledge across multiple Caselle applications
Contributing to improving both processes and outcomes within QA and software engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Experience with Agile development
Experience with QA testing practices
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, TestComplete, or Postman
Familiarity with accounting principles
Familiarity with payment processing standards
Familiarity with JavaScript
Self-motivated
Detail-oriented
Comfortable working with technical software products
Enjoy collaborating with others
Ability to ask thoughtful questions
Ability to work through complex processes
