Responsibilities
Produce site plans aligned with zoning, setbacks, and local requirements
Develop detailed AutoCAD construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
Assist in assembling permit-ready drawing sets
Learn and apply a proprietary modular building system across multiple project types
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Participate in in-person collaboration with the project team in Florida
Assist in the creation of brand new house designs for our modular expandable home and develop detailed AutoCAD construction drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)
Qualification
Required
Degree in Architecture or currently enrolled in an accredited architecture program
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience producing site plans and construction documents
Familiarity with International Building Code (IBC)
Familiarity with Florida Building Code (FBC)
Ability to work in person, full-time (or near full-time) in Florida
Preferred
Experience with residential, ADU, or modular housing projects
Experience with rendering tools (SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, etc.)
Exposure to Florida permitting and municipal review processes
