Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the Goley Insulation pipeline, ensuring accurate job and billing information
Coordinate job setup and billing requirements with estimators, project managers, and sales teams
Prepare and submit invoices and pay applications in accordance with contract terms
Track billing schedules and job progress to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Manage contractor lien waivers and related documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to support billing, credit, and collections processes
Process and reconcile customer payments, including checks and electronic payments
Identify, document, and resolve billing and payment discrepancies to support timely cash flow
Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, internal teams, and third parties
Support client inquiries, documentation requests, and collections-related follow-up to resolution
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or project accounting, preferably in construction or a project-based environment
Experience with progress billing, AIA invoicing, lien waivers, and contract-based billing
Strong working knowledge of accounting or job-costing systems (e.g., Quote Plus or similar ERP platforms)
Experience working with customer billing portals such as Procore, GC Pay, Textura, or similar systems
Preferred
Construction or commercial services industry experience
Familiarity with job costing, retainage, tax-exempt projects, and compliance documentation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies independently
Collaborative, proactive mindset with strong follow-through and documentation habits
