Responsibilities
Student Ledger Card activity: Registration Billing, Fee Billing, Posting Adjustments
Review Monthly Revenue Exceptions
Actively monitor Tuition Option accounts. Compare to internal database information. Ensure plans are within company guidelines
Perform collection activities
May be performing activities in E-Requestor
May be assisting with vendor invoices & communications
Provide timely support to internal and external customers
Work as a team member with the FTC, FTC CE & DAVE EDs
Qualification
Required
Completed an Associate's degree in Business or related fields
Strong Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong oral, analytical, and written communication skills required
