Responsibilities
Canvass multi‑family properties across Puget Sound for direct‑install energy efficiency opportunities
Conduct cold calls to identify and pursue qualified installation prospects
Coordinate with contractors, distributors, and community partners to drive program participation
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to support smooth project execution
Track and document customer interactions in the program portal
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, and multi‑family communities
Represent the program at events
Travel throughout the Puget Sound region as required
Qualification
Required
1+ years of relevant sales experience
Willing to travel up to 80% throughout Western Washington
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Personable, confident, and professional
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Preferred
Post‑secondary education in Energy Efficiency or Sustainability is an asset
