Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms
Work with customers to troubleshoot, test, and repair their laser equipment remotely and in person
Document customer interactions and process invoices using company systems
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver a seamless customer experience
Drive the company van for customer site visits and equipment deliveries
Lift, crate, and uncrate laser equipment and shipments as needed
Travel to customer locations, with occasional overnight trips
Maintain a professional and customer-first attitude during all service interactions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (subject to drug screen and background check)
Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Customer-focused mindset with quick problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Technical and mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn circuitry and mechanics
Positive, coachable attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
Forklift operation experience
Previous electrical, micro-electronics, diagnostic or technician experience
Knowledge of the jewelry industry and/or laser equipment
