Record approximately 6 hours of structured, graduate-level HRM lecture content
Deliver content aligned with provided course objectives and curriculum guidelines
Record lessons using screen-capture software on a laptop or desktop computer
Use a webcam to include on-screen instructor presence
Ensure clear audio/video quality and basic production standards
Collaborate with our instructional design team to ensure academic alignment and clarity
Meet agreed-upon milestones and project deadlines
Qualification
Required
Doctorate (PhD, DBA, EdD, or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field
Demonstrated experience teaching graduate-level coursework (online or in person)
Strong subject-matter expertise in HRM and related disciplines
Comfortable presenting on camera with clear, professional delivery
Native-level or near-native English proficiency
Reliable access to a computer, webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
