Responsibilities
Mentor and inspire gifted learners to finish high school by 8th grade via personalized, accelerated learning pathways
Guide students in developing life skills (grit, resilience, public speaking, focus) in parallel with academic objectives
Use AI tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
Drive students to progress within adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious educational targets
Work alongside a team that is reimagining education for high-achieving students
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Excellent public speaking and communication skills
Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
