Responsibilities
Lead strategic sourcing for high-value, complex materials supporting the Americas region
Develop multi-tiered sourcing strategies that mitigate risk, ensure continuity, and leverage global supplier partnerships
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and capacity guarantees to secure long-term cost and availability advantages
Mentor and develop a team of 5–6 sourcing professionals, instilling accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Implement standard work and sourcing KPIs that improve cost, lead time, and supplier quality performance
Drive risk mitigation strategies addressing tariffs, logistics constraints, and market volatility through supplier diversification and proactive forecasting
Qualification
Required
5+ years in sourcing or procurement leadership, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, or engineered product environments
Strong understanding of fabricated metals, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies
Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and manage complex supplier networks
Demonstrated results in cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, Lean Six Sigma, and supplier performance analytics
