Responsibilities
Coordinate and support community outreach events, including onsite clinics and programs
Direct and support onsite volunteers and healthcare providers during events
Communicate clearly with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
Travel locally and regionally (up to 25%) to support outreach activities
Prepare reports, schedules, and materials using Microsoft Office tools
Maintain compliance with safety, dress code, and physical activity requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Optometric or Ophthalmic clinic practice experience (required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background and driving checks
Comfortable directing onsite volunteers and providers
Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time and work occasional weekends or non-traditional hours with notice
PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual preferred
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout the shift

Class B driver's license or ability to pass written and practical examination
