Licensed Social Worker-Mental Health Counselor Account Executive

Responsibilities
Responsible for client service and contract management for a book of business of EAP groups, including implementations of new contracts and renewal of existing contracts. Building relationships with brokers, HR and leadership teams to retain and support customers is a key function
Act as a strategic thought partner to brokers and corporate clients to develop annual EAP engagement plans that help to integrate EAP services into broader wellness, employee retention, and organizational health strategies
Serve as case manager for management referral cases as needed, providing HR/supervisor consultation, intake, and ongoing case management
Facilitate organizational trauma response services, both telephonically and on-site, following critical incidents such as workplace accidents or significant life events
Provide telephonic crisis support for employees and family members, offering immediate, professional guidance on mental health, substance use, and personal challenges
Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions on topics including crisis management, mental health awareness, leadership development, and trauma response
Develop and maintain comprehensive data reports on EAP utilization, trends, and outcomes, providing clients and brokers with actionable insights and recommendations for program improvement
Assist in provider recruitment and development of the EAP provider network
Assist in development of content for newsletters, policies and procedures, department standards, and other communications
Provide on-site services to clients that require frequent local and regional travel, and may require up to five days national travel
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) required
At least two years or equivalent EAP, behavioral health or clinical setting with focus on crisis intervention and trauma response. Five years is preferred
Current State Drivers License
Strong analytical and technical skills with experience generating and interpreting reports, using CRM/EHR databases, and fluency in productivity suites that include document creation, email, spreadsheets, presentations, communication and collaboration platforms
Ability to consult with corporate clients, offering professional guidance and strategic recommendations on mental health and wellness programs while maintaining impeccable confidentiality and boundaries
Proven experience and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team based environment with other clinicians as well as paraprofessionals
Experience with and knowledge of substance use disorder
Skilled at developing and facilitating successful training and comfortable with public speaking

Ability to see and hear within normal ranges with or without aid

Life Insurance- FCH provides life insurance benefits at no cost at a limit of two times an employee’s annual base salary (with a max of $300,000). Employees have the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents through payroll deduction.
Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance- FCH provides long-term and short-term disability coverage to all employees. It is a shared cost benefit where FCH pays for the long-term benefit and employees pay for the short-term benefit.
Personal Leave and Sick Time- FCH employees enjoy the benefit of paid time off. Vacation, sick leave, and any personal leave are combined into a general annual PTO bank. PTO accruals are based on service on a pay period: 0-1 year of service – 120 hours; 1-2 years of service – 136 hours; 3 + years of service – 168 hours.
Paid Holidays- Each employee receives two floating holidays Employees receive nine paid holidays, two four-hour time blocks for community service per year.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- FCH recognizes that a variety of problems can disrupt personal and work life. If an employee needs professional help, they can contact the EAP, which provides confidential access to professional counseling services for help in confronting personal problems such as alcohol/substance abuse, marital and family difficulties, financial or legal troubles, or emotional distress.
Retirement Plan 401(k)- We contribute 50% of the employee’s 401k deferral , up to a maximum of 3% of the employee’s gross salary. Eligible employees must be at least 21 years old, and be employed with FCH a minimum of 90 days.
Profit Sharing - FCH may make annual discretionary profit sharing contributions in an amount to be determined at Plan Year end.
Tuition Reimbursement - Employees may be eligible to receive reimbursement for continuing education for Bachelor’s program after one year of employment with the company.
