Lead/StaffServiceLink is seeking experienced, Certified appraisers to join our Staff Appraiser team. As a Staff Appraiser, you will perform desktop and field appraisal assignments and quality control reviews while ensuring high-quality standards and client-driven turn times.

Responsibilities
Provide Desktop and Field appraisal reports according to client requirements
Provide quality Review Appraisals as well as handle Quality Control escalations
Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports
Troubleshoot, discuss, and independently resolve complex quality control escalations with both field appraisers and lender clients
Assist on valuation projects
Qualification
Required
Certified real estate appraiser in CA
Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers only
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
High School Diploma/GED required
Experience appraising a broad range of property types, including those typical of your coverage areas
Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively
Proficiency in the Microsoft software products
Ability to work independently
Commitment to development of quality appraisal products
Interest in appraisal innovation and integrity
