The role involves supporting day-to-day legal operations, drafting legal documents, and managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with members of the legal department to support day-to-day legal operations and initiatives
Draft, review and revise legal documents and contracts for Troon’s facilities and affiliated entities
Assist in delivering timely, high-quality legal and business guidance to internal stakeholders
Communicate clearly and professionally with business partners, facilities, and internal teams
Manage multiple matters and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to legal projects and initiatives that support organizational growth and operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of paralegal experience, including transactional, commercial, regulatory, or litigation experience in an established law firm or corporation
Bachelor's degree (business-related preferred); paralegal certification is preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to review and/or draft legal documents
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities
Strong legal research and analytical skills, including proficiency with Westlaw
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong follow-through
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related business productivity tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
