Responsibilities
Drive key aspects of the month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-supported financial results
Analyze financial performance through variance analysis, management reporting, and trend analysis to support leadership decision-making
Partner with FP&A on forecasting, budgeting, and planning by providing detailed analysis and financial modeling support
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and internal control enhancements
Support cross-functional and ad hoc finance initiatives as the business continues to grow
Qualification
Required
CPA required
3+ years of accounting experience (public accounting and/or corporate accounting)
Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
Collaborative, personable professional who communicates effectively across teams
