Responsibilities
Support M&A transactions from inception through closing, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing documentation
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, vendor/customer contracts, etc.)
Support general corporate counseling and day-to-day business matters
Collaborate closely with other attorneys, clients, and professionals in a team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active member in good standing of the Virginia Bar or eligible to waive in
5-8 years of experience in a corporate transactional practice, preferably with a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and client-focused mindset
