Contract Recruiter
Robertshaw is a private equity-owned global design, engineering, and manufacturing company selling product solutions to the appliance, automotive, and HVAC industries. The Contract Recruiter will support end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for US-based open positions, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions.
Responsibilities
Partner with HR and hiring managers across the US to understand staffing needs and workforce planning objectives
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles as assigned – from entry-level positions to professional and management roles
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
Conduct screening interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
Stay current on applicable labor market trends, recruiting best practices, and compliance regulations
Assist with TA related projects as time allows
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in recruiting
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and labor laws
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
