Responsibilities
Use your critical thinking skills and driven mindset to solve real business and capital problems
Collaborate with our actuarial and investment teams to come up with insights for the Finance organization
Analyze data to provide capital recommendations
Monitor the different capital market transactions we execute regularly
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of financial instruments and models
Willing to work in a high-impact effective team
Able to work independently under mentorship of senior managers
Able to work alongside different groups and departments to resolve operational issues
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, project, groups or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
Adapts and learns: Actively learns and adapts through experimentation when tackling new problems and situations, using both successes and failures to develop and learn
