InternHilde B Foundation is an international nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic violence through technology, education, and policy advocacy. The People & Operations Intern will support the growth of the volunteer network by focusing on community building, onboarding, and team coordination.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Support onboarding of new volunteers and campus ambassadors
Help manage internal communication channels (Slack, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
Maintain volunteer rosters and engagement tracking
Assist with recruitment campaigns and application screening
Coordinate with student volunteers across universities
Support leadership in building regional teams
Help design onboarding materials and role guides
Support monthly team calls and community events
Contribute ideas to improve volunteer experience and retention
Qualification
Preferred
Are current students (undergraduate or graduate)
Are interested in HR, people ops, management, psychology, sociology, or business
Enjoy organizing people and systems
Are proactive, reliable, and structured
Care about social justice and mental health
