Warehouse Group Lead - Customer Services

The Customer Service Warehouse Group Lead will manage warehouse activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, oversee employee performance, and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
Provides work assignments and work instructions to employees throughout each workday
Assists and trains employees in new job assignments
Coordinates work schedules with other Group Leaders and/or Supervisors and maintains work status
Performs quality checks on work being performed
Monitors employees' safety, quality, methods, and output
Keeps supervision informed of work plans, status, and employee performance
Prepares and/or reviews employee time sheets and other labor input documents
Assists the supervisor in conducting regular safety meetings
Qualification
Required
High school education or GED
2 years previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Basic English skills - ability to read and understand written instructions and effectively communicate verbally
Ability to Lead and train Associates
Preferred
Previous warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous Powered Industrial Vehicle certification
