Responsibilities
Advise and represent clients across a broad range of immigration matters
Manage cases end-to-end, including EOIR and USCIS proceedings
Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to develop effective legal strategies
Draft and file immigration petitions, motions, pleadings, and supporting documentation
Prepare clients for interviews and hearings
Appear before Immigration Court and administrative agencies as required
Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients
Collaborate with case managers and support staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD)
Active U.S. law license in good standing (any jurisdiction)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism, diligence, and accountability
Preferred
Immigration law experience preferred (EOIR and/or USCIS)
