LIBERTINE is a luxury men’s and women’s fashion house seeking a Product Development and Production Assistant to join their team in Los Angeles. The role involves supporting product development and production processes, maintaining organization of materials, and ensuring quality control inspections on merchandise.

Responsibilities

Upload and preserve accurate data in PLM system

Track orders from purchase order to shipment on the work-in-progress (WIP) chart

Assemble trim and fabric packages for factory cut tickets

Travel to local factories to facilitate hand offs and pick-ups

Process incoming development and production packages

Support both the Product Development and Production team with sample organization

Perform quality control inspections on bulk merchandise

Maintain organization of fabric and trim libraries

Required

Basic understanding of Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Must have excellent time-management and organization skills - consistently be able to make deadlines

Ability to organize, prioritize and reorder workload in a dynamic environment

Must be able to effectively communicate in person and via email

Exceptional attention to detail and quality control

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to work Monday-Friday in our Hollywood, LA studio

A car and valid driver's license

Preferred

BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred

English, additional language(s) an advantage

Cutting and sewing skills or garment construction knowledge are a plus

Knowledge of Apparel Magic is a plus
