Bilingual Outside Account Manager
GC-Squared Resources, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Outside Account Manager to manage client relationships and drive growth. The role involves overseeing service execution, designing customized strategies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance service quality and revenue.

You’ll be the strategic point person for a portfolio of clients- owning relationships from retention to expansion while ensuring flawless service execution
You’ll design and manage customized service strategies, negotiate and launch new solutions, and oversee contractor partnerships from hiring through performance management
This role blends leadership, operations, and sales: you’ll supervise Night Managers, drive quality through hands-on site inspections, resolve issues before they escalate, and uncover opportunities to grow accounts
You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounting while leveraging CRM tools to manage inspections, schedules, pricing adjustments, and compliance

Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
2+ years outside B2B account management experience, building maintenance or facility management preferred but not required
2+ years track record of success in a client retention role, with goals and metrics to support
Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships
Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM databases
Ability to travel on a daily basis to client locations locally
