Responsibilities

Support Lockheed Martin Space programs with required testing on bare printed circuit boards and PCB coupons to assess workmanship quality with comprehensive use of acceptance criteria for assessing structural integrity
Work as a team member in the PMP Lab PCB evaluation group

Qualification

IPC-A-600 CertificationIPC-6012 ExperienceIPC-6013 ExperienceMicroscopic InspectionReading Part DrawingsTechnical TrainingTeam Collaboration

Required

Associates degree in related discipline or equivalent experience, and/or technical training
IPC-A-600 Acceptability of Printed Boards Training and Certification, Certified IPC Specialist (CIS), with Knowledge and Workmanship Modules as follows: #2 Externally Observable Characteristics, #3 Internally Observable Characteristics, and #4 Miscellaneous and Cleanliness
Experience with IPC-6012, IPC-6013, and familiarity with similar industry standards to include applicable space addendums
Experience with 'Prepping samples to be cross-sectioned, Including abrasive grinding, polishing and microscopic inspection
Ability to read and understand part drawings and PCB coupon maps
Must be a US Citizen
