Responsibilities

Staff the front desk for the facility; sign visitors in and out
Manage operation of an Odyssey field office, ensuring effective use of space and resources
Develop and maintain professional relationships with Property Management office and staff, internal customers, visitors
Retrieve mail and packages from the mail room; distribute incoming mail; prepare outbound mail
Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
Independently document, manage and implement effective, repeatable processes
Manage and facilitate a repeatable cadence of meetings to ensure regular, transparent exchange of information and materials between key players
Track, organize and manage actions to successful closure
Manage office supply ordering
Coordinate event activity, ex: participation, agenda and presentation material development, for All-Hands and other leadership presentations
Consolidate and author elements of employee and program communications, such as corporate social posts, employee recognition correspondence, newsletters
Coordinate office visits and provide entry as you meet and greet visitors
Maintain calendars for conf rooms, schedule meetings and make conference room arrangements
Ensure S&MD shared drive complies with data management plan; updating plan as required

Required

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Education: Associate's Degree
Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Must possess strong customer service and communication skills
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
Experience managing several projects simultaneously to completion
Ability to learn new concepts and programs
Experience using Microsoft platforms

Preferred

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience working in a corporate or government office
