Responsibilities
Apply communications and problem-solving skills in a variety of business contexts including:
Communicate in formal presentations to executive leadership, management, and individual contributors; hold Phase Gate Reviews
Lead cross-functional teams with members from different organizations and geographies while advising teams and individuals
Ability to influence peers, internal customers, and executives
Providing coaching and training as needed
Understand when and how to escalate issues while maintaining positive relationships with team members and other organizations
Excel in developing a culture of creativity and accountability in project teams to solve problems in new ways while keeping organizational commitments
Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders
Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience; or a PhD with 3+ years experience; or equivalent experience
Five (5) years in a technical or engineering role
Three (3) years in a program/project management role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and knowledge in the phase gate approach to program management
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support
Knowledge of program management apps like MS Project and Planview
Analytical techniques and data-driven problem solving (PSDM)
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP
Experience in New Product Development or New Product Introduction
