Responsibilities
Generate new business in assigned territory
Analyze, plan, and implement products/services addressing client needs
Stay updated on industry products, services, and broker trends
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Manage renewal proposals and processes for current clients
Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
Schedule ongoing client meetings during implementation
Collect data to guide product, marketing, sales, and business directions
Develop leads and use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of services for assigned clients
Attend monthly consulting meetings; provide training and coaching for staff
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
2-3 years sales experience
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Aggressive new business prospecting skills
Open to feedback and coaching
Strong business acumen with financial knowledge
Familiarity with self-funded and fully insured products and financial arrangements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Professional style and adherence to corporate policies
Maintain confidentiality and privacy
Understand customer needs
Adhere to sound business ethics and high performance standards
Ability to analyze data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
