Start in 2026 SummerF.H. Paschen is seeking a Graphic Design & Communications Intern for Summer 2026 in Chicago. The intern will provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications Departments, assist in developing internal and external communications, and create graphic designs for marketing materials.

Provide administrative support to Marketing and Communications Depts
Company photo database updates
Assist in the development of company internal communications
Assist in the development of company external communications
Entry level monitoring of social media accounts
Graphic design for marketing materials and company announcements
Development of digital marketing materials
Development of logos and graphics
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
Strong working knowledge with programs in Creative Cloud Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Graphic Design, Marketing/Business, Communications, or English majors are preferred
