Responsibilities
Tailored Oracle Cloud Solutions: Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology
Application Configuration and Testing: Configure and test applications to check that it meets business requirements
Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving: Work within a continuous improvement framework, challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead
10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud
Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, ideally experienced with Absence, OTL, Payroll modules also
Experience with public sector clients like state governments, counties and cities, considered a plus
Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, perform impact analysis and testing
Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing
Assist clients with business requirements and suggest changes for process improvements
Able to travel per project and organizational needs
