Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent, business-critical marketing projects ranging in size and complexity
Serve as the primary project liaison between internal teams, cross-divisional partners, and third-party vendors
Own project planning, timelines, dependencies, issue resolution, and asset delivery
Ensure accountability to milestones, proactively remove blockers, and resolve conflicts
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Deliver clear, consistent project status updates to stakeholders, including risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones
Facilitate project meetings and decision-making discussions; document outcomes and next steps
Ensure work is on brand, on strategy, and aligned with channel, technical, legal, and proofing requirements
Oversee omni-channel marketing deliverables across web, mobile, email, digital advertising, print, and social platforms
Drive on-time delivery of high-quality customer experiences within scope and budget
Build strong cross-functional relationships to motivate and coordinate teams through the full project lifecycle
Apply process innovation and problem-solving skills to move work forward amid ambiguity
Support value-based decision-making by understanding cost, impact, and business value
Leverage Workfront daily to manage project plans, documentation, schedules, and resource tracking
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in marketing project management or project leadership (in-house or agency)
Experience managing omni-channel marketing workflows in retail or consumer-facing environments
Strong strategic and operational mindset; able to act as a thought partner to stakeholders
Proven ability to lead cross-divisional collaboration and operate as a communication hub
Experience working in Agile marketing environments
Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, and Microsoft applications
Strong understanding of creative development processes
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and making decisions under pressure
Preferred
Vendor marketing or retail media experience is a plus
