Speak with inbound and outbound customers to understand their needs and confidently book services
Build trust quickly and guide customers through decisions with clarity and empathy
Use our CRM to manage leads, send follow-ups, and offer add-on solutions via phone, text, and email
Hit (and exceed) clear performance metrics tied directly to commission
Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching and feedback
Continuously sharpen your sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Motivated, people-driven professionals
Experience in customer service, hospitality, leasing, retail, or inside sales
Ability to speak with inbound and outbound customers
Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through decisions
Proficiency in using a CRM to manage leads and send follow-ups
Ability to hit and exceed performance metrics tied to commission
Ability to collaborate with a team and receive coaching and feedback
Ability to continuously sharpen sales and communication skills
Comfortable with phone-based sales and performance expectations
