Program Coordinator
American Solutions for Business (ASB) is an employee-owned company that helps customers with print, branded merchandise, eCommerce, and fulfillment services. In this role, you will provide a variety of support to the Vertical Market team, sales associates, account managers, and other partners across various vertical markets. Responsibilities include facilitating licensing applications, conducting database management tasks, and assisting with product sourcing and pricing exercises.

Responsibilities
Facilitates collegiate licensing applications, product sample submissions and artwork approvals for collegiate license customers
Conducts database management tasks and research across platforms and verticals
Completes GPO account scrubs and research, member enrollment notifications and documentation
Assists Vertical Market team members with updates to training, marketing collateral, and lead/list generation and management
Provides support with RFPs (Requests for Proposal), product sourcing and pricing exercises as needed
Performs order entry/follow-up and assists in maintaining product inventory for home office-managed forms and product program(s)
Collaborates with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus two years previous work experience or education in customer service, accounting, sales and/or marketing
Self-starter, problem solver and strong attention to detail
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required, as well as the ability to create formulas, sort and filter data, and create user-friendly reports in Excel
Preferred
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration plus 1-2 years related experience
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and possess strong typing skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures
