Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA guidelines
Assist with loading and unloading trucks
Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns

Required

High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed

Preferred

Previous warehouse or distribution experience
Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
Familiarity with inventory control and shipping processes
