HR Recruiter
Hunter Automotive Group is a family-owned business that has served western North Carolina for over 85 years. They are seeking an HR Recruiter to support their hiring efforts, manage full-cycle recruiting, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for dealership and corporate positions
Post and manage job openings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate onboarding activities, including offer letters, pre-employment steps, and new hire orientation
Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines
Represent Hunter Auto Group at job fairs and recruiting events as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for people
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a people-facing role is preferred
Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
