Responsibilities

Manage the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and others, aligning with campaign needs, brand goals, and KPIs
Execute and post daily Instagram Stories (briefing designers, compiling assets)
Draft copy for all social platforms and schedule posts using a social management tool
Coordinate monthly social media partnership opportunities
Support pulling social metrics using tools like Dash Social
Collaborate with the Content Creator/Manager on content ideas that align with the brand vision
Ideate, shoot, and post content in-app: 10+ TikToks, 5 YouTube Shorts, and 15 Pinterest pins weekly
Stay current on the latest trends, best-in-class practices, platform rules, and competitor activity
Support content strategy by creating shot lists for social media and brand shoots
Assist with logistics and production for bimonthly social media shoots
Manage the briefing relationship with the in-house creative team for evergreen and launch content
Cross-collaborate with the creative team on art direction and shot lists for brand shoots
Support the review of blog content, coordinating internal reviews with the blog agency

Qualification

Required

2-3+ years of experience in organic social media for a brand (content planning, caption writing, performance measurement)
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube), including being a TikTok expert
Proficient with editing and social platforms like Dash Social, Figma, and CapCut
Comfortable on camera, strong creative writing skills (concepts and memes), knowledge of internet lingo, and strong collaboration skills
Must have a finger on the pulse of pop culture trends and current events
Excited and able to travel to offices (Brooklyn, Paris, LA) as needed

Preferred

Knowledge of or previous experience in the beauty/haircare industry is a plus
